During this 20-minute call, we’ll connect heart-to-heart to sense what’s truly moving in your life what’s calling for attention, and how I can best serve.
We’ll talk through your experiences with meditation or energy work, your intentions, and any questions about the offerings.
This isn’t a sales pitch; it’s a moment of attunement. Together we’ll feel whether it’s the right time to walk this path. -
Once we both feel the resonance, we dive in.
Your sessions may weave together meditation, energy alignment, guided Monroe-style journeys, non-dual inquiry, shadow integration, or silence itself.
Each meeting unfolds organically grounded in the present moment and tailored to your evolving state of being.

Awakening is not a one-time event but an ongoing deepening.
After each session, you’ll receive simple integration practices — journaling prompts, meditations, or embodied awareness exercises to anchor insights into daily life.
We’ll also close each series with reflection: What shifted? What remains? What is newly clear?
You’ll leave with tools to continue the work independently or step into the next layer of your evolution.

A focused, one-hour private session for immediate clarity and energetic recalibration.
You’ll share what’s present in your life, and I’ll guide you through the practices that best meet that moment — whether that’s Reiki, breathwork, meditation, Monroe-style journeying, or non-dual inquiry.

A month-long foundational journey (four sessions) that establishes your spiritual rhythm.
We identify your key growth areas presence, discipline, or emotional regulation and create a tailored plan combining meditation, self-inquiry, and energy grounding.
You’ll receive recordings, a structured daily practice, and guidance to help your awareness stabilize through the ups and downs of awakening.

Where you meet yourself fully — shadow and light alike.
Eight sessions over 2–3 months devoted to transformation and integration.
Together we navigate shadow material, emotional release, and self-limiting patterns using mindfulness, body-based awareness, and non-dual dialogue.
This is deep work. Between sessions, you’ll have journaling prompts and written support to help you embody your realizations and sustain balance.
