Energy Play Workshop is a consent-centered, embodied exploration of energetic connection, presence, and exchange. Together, we’ll work with practices like breath, eye gazing, journaling, and guided energetic exercises to explore how energy can be raised, lowered, shared, and reclaimed intentionally. This is not a performance space or a pickup event. It’s a grounded container for curiosity, self-awareness, and relational attunement.

Consent is central to everything we do. All practices are optional, touch is never required, and participants are encouraged to honor their energetic yes, no, and maybe at every step. This workshop is well-suited for folks curious about energy play, erotic presence, and connection without sexual obligation. Come as you are, participate at your own pace, and leave with tools for regulation, clarity, and deeper self-trust.
