This is an 8-week, closed-group immersive for people curious about the inner edges of awareness, sensation, and perception.

Astral Descent uses binaural beat meditation to guide participants into specific, research-informed states of consciousness. With headphones on and eyes closed, we explore Focus Levels including body asleep mind awake, expanded awareness, timeless space, and the threshold state often described as the bridge between worlds.

This is not roleplay.
This is not performance.
This is not substance-based.

It is slow, intentional, internal exploration held in a structured, grounded container.

Each Tuesday evening includes two guided meditation sessions with time for journaling and optional group integration. The work builds week to week, allowing familiarity, confidence, and self regulation to develop over time. By the end of the series, many participants feel capable of accessing these states on their own, without guidance.

The tone is scientific, consent-centered, and deeply embodied. You are always in control of your experience. Stillness is encouraged but movement is welcome. Sharing is optional. A sensory space is available if you need to step away.

This space explicitly welcomes:

Our Clown O is a consent-forward, costume-based play party centered on silliness, connection, and joyful erotic expression. Come dressed in your favorite clown, jester, or absurdist look and enjoy playful games, flirtation, laughter, and optional sensual exploration in a queer-affirming, body-positive, judgment-free space. This is a space to drop seriousness, honor boundaries, and let fun, intimacy, and ridiculousness intertwine. No pressure. No performance. Just playful connection and sacred silliness.

Bring Your Clown Energy! Costumes, makeup, wigs, noses, hats, face paint, glitter, or anything silly and expressive are highly encouraged. You don’t need to be “good at” clowning. Just show up willing to be playful.

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic dance is a freeform movement practice that lets you drop into your body, let go of inhibition, and express yourself through dance no choreography, no judgment, just pure embodied joy. If you’re new to it or just curious, check out this article to get a feel for what we’ll be diving into.

Special Notes for Ecstatic Dance and Open Play Party:

• This is a clothing-optional event. Wear as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

• Dancing happens in silence and no touch is permitted. This allows everyone to fully immerse in the music and the moment.

• Our playlist is incredibly timed it runs 1.5 hours and is a full journey of peaks and valleys. You’re encouraged to rest as needed just do so quietly to respect the flow.

• You can’t do this wrong. Seriously. However you move, whatever you feel, it’s all welcome here.

• Bring snacks! Dancing (and playing) can be energy-intensive, so be sure to have something to keep yourself nourished.
