We are so excited to announce 2 new event options wrapped up in one! Our online confessional hosting by Pursueyourwild will be held the 1st Monday of every month at noon CST.
The confessional is a gathering of honesty, reflection, and belonging. A space where you can be yourself and share anything from the details of a naughty fantasy to feelings of shame from religious trauma.
Whether you're exploring your desires, navigating the complexities of kink and relationships, questioning the beliefs you were raised with, or finding your footing in your identity, you are welcome at the confessional.
Come to share, to listen, to ask questions, or simply to be in the company of people who understand what it means to seek a place where you can be fully yourself.
The confessional is founded on a few basic principles:
Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays within the group.
No unsolicited “fixing”: Ask before offering advice, interpretation, or personal testimony.
Respectful participation: No shaming, interrogating, or treating another person's experience as an invitation to debate.
Consent to share: No one is required to disclose anything, and anyone can pass, step away, leave or remain off camera.
This isn’t therapy: This is a supportive community forum, not therapy, not crisis intervention, not a substitute for individualized professional care.
What's at the heart of the confessional?
1. Witness without judgment. In this space you have the right to share experiences, desires, uncertainties, and questions without being shamed, ridiculed, or immediately told what to do.
2. Exploration without expectation. No one needs to arrive with answers. You can be questioning your faith, identity, desires, relationships, or place in the community. Uncertainty and curiosity are not only welcome they are celebrated!
3. Connection without control. Our goal is to help you feel less alone, not persuaded toward a particular identity, lifestyle, belief system, or way of being. Just a no-strings-attached connection.
