Rage doesn’t get a lot of love.
It’s loud, messy, inconvenient, and honestly? most of us were never taught how to feel it without hurting ourselves or someone else. So we swallow it. Or we leak it out sideways. Or we pretend it’s not there.
This night is for letting it exist.
Rage Night is a guided space to move, feel, and express anger in ways that are embodied, intentional, and a little bit feral. We’ll start by dropping into the body with meditation and movement, then ease into connection through some very real tantrum-style introductions.
From there, we’ll get honest. You’ll have space to journal - uncensored, unfiltered - and, if you want, be witnessed in sharing what’s been living under the surface.
And then we let it out.
We’ll move into vocal expression, building into a collective scream, because sometimes your body just needs to make noise. We’ll close by grounding back into gratitude, reminding ourselves that rage and appreciation can exist side by side.
This is not about losing control.
It’s about giving your anger somewhere to go.
