The Dark Dance: The First Step is the opening class in a multi-part series by @RevikWulfe, exploring the mindset, negotiation, and safety awareness essential for engaging with heavy or edge play responsibly. Rather than teaching techniques for risky acts, this workshop focuses on the foundations that make intense play sustainable and ethical: understanding risk, negotiating clearly, recognizing warning signs, and maintaining presence during scenes that carry real emotional or physical intensity.

Participants will explore:

-What truly defines edge play, and what it isn’t

-The role of ego, responsibility, and trust in heavy scenes

-Negotiation structures and risk assessment

-Recognizing physical and psychological red flags

-Mental readiness and headspace for both tops and bottoms

-Building scenes that feel intense without losing control

This class is designed for curious beginners, experienced players seeking deeper perspective, and anyone interested in approaching heavy kink with intention and respect.
